What kind of products & gifts are available at EG?
Here’s where we truly shine! At EG, there’s no such thing as limited options. We’re aware that there are different kinds of personalities out there, all with a unique sense of style. And of course, we do our best to cater to every kind! Our items are mindfully handpicked from over 200 product categories, and we create bespoke items for those who want to go that extra mile and add a personalised touch. EG is a market leader in specialty products like Home Décor, Living, Corporate Gifting, Handicrafts and Wedding and Festival Give aways. We also offer large signature collections of over 2000 products for all key celebrations in India, including both domestic (Rakhi, Diwali, Holi ,etc) and international (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc) festivals.
Where can EG deliver products?
There’s almost nowhere we can’t reach! EG has a global footprint within all over India. Apart from our own delivery network, we use premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc. to get to the recipient on time. We typically aim to have domestic orders delivered between 4-7 business days. It may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver products to remote locations. Nevertheless, there’s rarely a place where we can’t supply happiness.
How old & big is EG?
EG has been in the business for 15 glorious years, and is only getting better with time! We reincarnated under a brand new professional management over the last 2 years, and changed our domain name from GoGifting.com to ExquisiteGifts.co.in. We have 2 offices and 4 warehouses with over 100 employees across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Hyderabad.
Payments
Are my transactions & banking details secure on EG?
Our complete website is secured by an SSL encryption. The green bar that appears in your browser address bar shows ‘https’ which highlights a secure connection rather than a normal ‘http’ connection. All your data and transaction related details are accepted through the SSL protocol ensuring high level of security. We suggest that you avoid sharing details of your IGP account or your card details with anyone.
What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?
In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please call our customer care at +919676862057 . We will help you with the order. We will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer. In case you are not able to call us, please write to us at [email protected]
Can I apply the discount code after paying?
No you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code or the gift voucher needs to be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary’ section. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.
What kind of payment methods does EG accept?
EG provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use at EG:
UPI Based: Gpay, Phonpe, BHIM, Other
Credit cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. We also accept all domestic & international credit cards
Debit cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards
Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts
Wallets: We are continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help our customers. We accept payments through all major wallets including PayTM,

Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
No, we do not provide COD option for a simple reason that the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) is invariably different from the recipient of the gift.
Order Tracking and Delivery
What do I do if my order shows as delivered but the recipient has not received the gift?
Such instances are usually very rare. Most of the time they occur if the courier company has handed the parcel to the person who was available to collect it. It would usually either be the concierge, reception or the security guard of your building. So please check with them once. In case, you are still not able to locate your item, please call our customer care at +91 xxxxxx and we will help you with the issue.
How do I track my order?
You will receive the Tracking slip after getting dispatched in a WhatsApp Tracking Community, you can track your tracking in respective service provider website as per the Tracking slips provided, You can also write to us at [email protected],in or call our customer care at +91 22 XXXXXXX to check the status of your order.
Will my gift be delivered exactly on the date that I have chosen for delivery?
All Our gift items are couriered, and the date of delivery that you select is only tentative in nature. This is to accommodate orders which are placed significantly in advance of the actual occasion. In these cases, we try to deliver our products closer to the date of delivery that you have chosen but we do not guarantee the exact date delivery. Normally after payment 5 to 6 Business days is the Delivery time depend on the Festival days and other occasions
Will all the items that I have purchased arrive on the same day?
No, all the items in your order may not arrive on the same day. We ship our items from different locations directly to your delivery address. As a result, items shipped from the same warehouse or the same vendor reach together whereas items coming from different locations or different vendors may be come separately.
During the checkout, at the ‘’Order Summary’ section, you will be able to see how many days is the Delivery time
Do I have to pay any other charges over & above my order value?
No such extra charges are to be paid
Do you charge for shipping?
For most of our products, we provide free shipping for standard delivery within India. For Few Category we charge nominal Fee as shipping charges, You can check the shipping charges & delivery time for all items on their product pages.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.
Ordering at EG
What details do I need to provide while ordering a gift?
The recipients address and phone number are mandatory information for placing the order. This is required so that our delivery partners can do last mile coordination with the recipient and deliver your gift without hassle & mistakes. We suggest you also provide recipients email address so that if he/she is not available on phone, we can coordinate with him/her over email for seamless delivery of your gift.
In addition, you are required to sign up once on our website with your proper email id and phone number. We suggest that for frictionless communication, you keep this information updated on our website.
How do I use gift vouchers and/or discount codes?
You can use the gift voucher or the discount coupon code at the ‘Order Summary’ section during the checkout process. There is an option to enter the code at the bottom left hand side of this section. You cannot apply both coupon code and gift voucher at the same time. You can use only one thing at a time.
Can I order from EG without creating an account (Guest Checkout)?
You can no longer buy a product from EG through guest checkout. You must create an account. This is to curb identity theft. Unlike shopping, most of our customers send gift items to a third-party recipient. We want to avoid a situation where someone uses your email id & phone number to send unnecessary gifts to someone who may not be aware that it is not you who is sending those gifts. They may think that you are stalking them or harassing them. Such situations are common for high profile recipients or for opposite sex recipients.
In addition, having a validated account allows us to store your information & preferences properly and customize our services to suit your requirements. Having a proper account at EG comes in very handy when you want to save multiple delivery addresses, pay through EG gift vouchers (GVs), use customer specific promotional discounts and save your delivery preferences. It also helps you manage your order history properly and benefit from repeat purchases.
Do you deliver all products everywhere?
We deliver products to most of the places in the India, but not everywhere. We deliver to more than 20,000 pincodes in India. We deliver our products to all regular pincodes in India; however, we do not deliver our products to extremely remote locations. Also, the deliverability of the product depends on the kind of product you are buying. You can enter your pincode, at the product page or during checkout to check shipping availability & tentative delivery time. If there is any courier service is not available for the shipping address give, we get back to you get back in 12 hours
Do you gift wrap or provide packaging options?
We currently do not provide a gift wrap option.
Will my gift look exactly as it is seen on the website?
All our products are delivered as shown on the website. As most of our Products are Handmade and Pictures are Edited, there must be little bit changes Originally. As most of our catalogue is made up of unique and designer products, the quantity is always limited. Hence, in case, we run out of the product you ordered, we will get in touch with you to help you with a suitable alternative.
How can I buy an item from EG?
EG only takes online orders through its website ExquisiteGifts.co.in. We do not take any order on phone or via email and we do not have retail outlets. If you are having any problem placing an order, you can call our customer care at +91-xxxxxx and we’ll help you place the order. Cancellation
Terms and Policy
By using this site the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site.
1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and in FAQs.
2. This site is owned by Exquisite Gifts. No material from this site or any other website owned, operated, controlled or licensed by Exquisite Gifts and/or its associates or its sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without the written permission of the Exquisite Gifts. Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company and/or its associates or sister concerns or affiliates and will attract legal action as per existing laws of the Government of India.
3. The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and Exquisite Gifts disclaims all or any of them fully. Exquisite Gifts does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and Exquisite Gifts shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
4. There is sometime a possibility of extra charges like Octroi, Taxes or Duties which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please note that Exquisite Gifts does not control these charges.
5. For all category Products, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
6. Since all Products are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, we will make sure that we deliver all Products as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown.
7. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Exquisite Gifts, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
8. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Exquisite Gifts be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Exquisite Gifts be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to IGP for that specific service/product.

Users who have availed services through Exquisite Gifts.co.in by selecting one or more listed service providers: Exquisite Gifts.co.in reaches out to these users via SMS / E-mail / Call / WhatsApp messages Online after their scheduled appointment schedule and ask them for Feedback on their experience or inform them on the latest product updates from the Service provider. Not withstanding any or all of the terms, conditions & disclaimers stated herein above and in FAQ or elsewhere in the site, any refund or payment by Exquisite Gifts to the user or anyone else acting on his behalf for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or on being claimed by any user shall not become a waiver of any or all of the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers made and shall not become a precedent for similar future actions/claims or confer any rights on the claimant. AND further that all such refunds/payments if any when made shall be subject to 10% deduction on account of Bank charges and other processing overheads.

The user of Exquisite Gifts is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. In event of any disputes between the parties in connection with any provision, both the parties hereto, shall endeavour to settle dispute amicably. In event Parties fail to settle within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to sole Arbitrator, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All the disputes will subject to the Judiciary of Nagpur Jurisdiction.
Can I ask for a partial cancellation of my order?
We don’t allow
partial cancellations of the order. If your order is not dispatched, you can
fully cancel the order and place a new one. If your order is already
dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order.How long does it take to process my cancellation?
Order
cancellation is initiated instantly, but it must be within 2 hours of being
placed, but it takes 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect in the bank
account.Can I cancel my order?
Order with
personalized/customized products and all other products or not cancelled once
it is processed. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has
not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within 2 hours of it
being placed, and dispatch on the Next day. So, in case you would like to
cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest. You can

In case of legitimate cancellations, we will process your refund within 24
hours of cancellation.
Return Policy
Can you arrange return pick up?
For All Products:
1. For all the Return products the customer must manage by their own to return the product and should bare shipping charges by their own for returning the products. you have to raise the return request within 2 days of receiving the package.
2. You must ship the product back to us on your own.

How much time does it take to return the product & get a refund?
For All Products:
1. Once you get in touch with us, and after you ship your product directly to our warehouse, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to reach our warehouse. Once we receive the item, we process the refund within 48 hours.
Can I return an item?
For All Products:
If you don’t like the product, you can notify us within 12 hours from the date the order is delivered.
In case of returns, the refund will work in the following manner:
1. For broken, damaged or wrong products, Open Video is compulsory after receiving the products within in 12 hrs of Delivery time, Open Video include 360 degrees with Address label at starting and showing the damage still end. Without open Video, we will not entertain any Complaints.
2. For Replacement of new Product, Customer must bare the shipping charges of returning the product to the said address.
3. you can either ask for a refund to your card, wallet or account which you originally used to make the payment. Or you can ask for an Exquisite gift voucher which you can use on Exquisite gift for a period of up to 12 months. In either case, we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 24 hours. The complaint needs to be supported by a Open Video explained above of the product.
4. For products in good condition, if you want to return them because you didn’t like themwill not be entertained
5. Personalized products are Non-Returnable.
Exquisite Gifts.co.in is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any “Couriered” order in the following cases:
If the complaint is made after 12 hours of the delivery date.
If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.
If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
Can I replace an item?
? For Couriered Products:
If you don’t like the product, you can notify us within 12
